Megan Fox revealed that she experienced an ectopic pregnancy before suffering a spontaneous miscarriage with her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly.

The 37-year-old actress stated in an interview with WWD that she “had an ectopic pregnancy when she was younger.” She also addressed the trauma of her spontaneous miscarriage of the child she was expecting with rapper Machine Gun Kelly:
“That element of love really made this spontaneous miscarriage truly tragic for me and left me with a lot of pain and suffering. So, I wrote about it.”
Fox mentioned that her fiancé “wrote about it in his albums” and “wrote some songs about the spontaneous miscarriage.” Therefore, Megan felt that “it was something that could be publicly addressed.”
The Transformers actress said that this form came in the shape of her new poetry book, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.” In an excerpt, Fox wrote about having an ultrasound of a girl at 10 weeks and a day.
Megan wrote: “I want to hold your hand, hear your laughter, but now I have to say goodbye. I close my eyes and imagine holding you tightly against my chest as they tear you from my entrails.”
